We stayed 3 nights. The room was always clean & spotless. Have to say the staff wasn't to friendliness. Their place called "Tickets" is the place where ubcan get food. The place was clean, staff was excellent & the food was very good. The hotel exercise room was alot to be desire. If you want full gym there was a off premise place. Overall the place was good 4 stars.

Very nice clean room, but mattresses are obviously old and sunken in. The free coffee is top-notch. The pool didn’t seem that clean. It was kind of cloudy. You get a coupon for Bogo drinks at tickets across the street which is good cause they also have pretty good food. The clam cakes were out of this world. The best thing is that it’s only like a three minute walk to the beach.

This property is all about the location. Went with family. You can walk to Easton beach and second and third beach are a few minutes drive away. It is also next door to Flo’s clam shack. The vibe is relaxed. The rooms are clean. The beds were small. Its not a fancy hotel or fancy area. We went during the week in july and there were no crowds.

The hotel is older, but in good repair. We stayed in the suite annex and the mattresses were a little rough they should be replaced. The location of the property is amazing. Access to the beach and downtown Newport just minutes away. The restaurant attached to the hotel with the same name was very good.

Clean, updated hotel in a great location. It was about a 5 minute ride from downtown Newport and across the street from Easton's Beach. We walked everyday to the beach so no need to pay for parking. The hotel staff were so helpful and the room was clean and modern. Would definitely stay again!
