This is a great property to stay at! You're steps from the beach, walking distance to restaurants, and only a 5 minute drive to downtown Newport. The hotel looks recently renovated and everything was clean! My own hope was that the indoor pool would have been warmer. But once you were in for a few minutes, you got used to it.

Room was very clean, room also had all the amenities you would need for 1 night, or even several nights, the views were gorgeous, parking was easy and so was check in/out. Perfect location. I even left behind personal belongings (and I didn't notice until almost a week later) that housekeeping found and the hotel was able to ship to me. I would stay here again!
