Clean, updated hotel in a great location. It was about a 5 minute ride from downtown Newport and across the street from Easton's Beach. We walked everyday to the beach so no need to pay for parking. The hotel staff were so helpful and the room was clean and modern. Would definitely stay again!

We were disappointed with our room at check in. It was definitely not a remodeled room as shown on the website. However, Milton, who checked us in, was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. The location is great! close to the beach and cliff walk. The room at the Atlantic was perfect! I thought the mattress and bedding were clean, crisp and comfortable! It had a wonderful sea view and it was situated in such a convenient location to the beach, restaurants, the Cliff Walk, etc. The staff were super friendly and accommodating! The sun terrace had a great view and it was quite spacious, relaxing and it had very nice chaise lounges and other furniture. My only recommendation would be to have a rack of weights in the exercise room. I would definitely recommend it!

Location of the hotel is great. Out of town but can uber into town and not deal with the traffic. Tickets excellent food. Would like to see in building two in the suites: larger TV in the living area, Better lighting in the living area, remove the desk and put a small table and chair set. We absolutely enjoy staying here and usually plan to bring a meal or two and there’s no place to eat it on. It’s close to a convenient store and a couple of different restaurants. Clemmins is a wonderful ice cream shop literally feets away from the hotel. Close to the beaches just a nice place to be on the outskirts and not deal with the hubub of downtown.
