In all my travels this was one of the best Hotels that I have ever stayed at. I will be staying there again when I travel back to the area. The staff at the front desk (Sofia), Luis at the Bar for serving drinks and food was top drawer. The rooms were clean and exceptional.

Clean room but if you need extra blankets or pillows you really need to call twice because they don’t get it to at the first call. The people at the front desk wasn’t really friendly and not smiling just straight to the point. They people at the restaurant were very friendly very professional polite. Overall is a good place to stay.

The rooms feel a bit run down. Some of the furniture could use updating, especially in the bathrooms, and the tub/shower would benefit from a thorough cleaning or restoration. On the plus side, the beds were comfortable. Parking was the bigger frustration. Self-parking ran $45 a night in a structure that wasn’t very close to the hotel, so you had a decent walk every time you came or went. Valet was even higher around $65/night! Don’t forget to account for these things when looking at their reasonable rates.
