The grounds and amenities are fantastic - the pictures don’t do justice. The rooms are a little outdated, but very clean and the beds were very comfortable. A few of the pools were under renovation during our stay, which was disappointing - but we explored all the other pools and loved having options. All the staff was friendly. If we come back to the area, we wouldn’t stay anywhere else.

I was recently at the Marriott Newport coastvillas. I was immediately impressed with the view. The sun was setting, and it was gorgeous. Standing in the lobby overlooking the three beautiful pools with the ocean in the background was quite a sight to behold, and then we went to our room, which was a two bedroom villa with Ocean view. I immediately knew one night was not going to be enough and I booked it for a second night and I will for sure go back. The staff was exceptional but special thanks goes to Vette at the check-in desk. She went above and beyond to make sure that our stay was perfect thank you vet and thank you Newport Marriott.

Good location with beautiful views if you got a room with one which we didn't. This property does not give daily housekeeping service. They also encourage you to help out at the end of stay by stripping the bed and tidying up before checking out. The per night room rate was not cheap.
