The apartment is in a great location, close to the town centre and convenient to get to the racecourse. As others have mentioned the outside and lead up to the apartment lets it down which is not much you can do. Unfortunately there had been a water leak and the cupboard with the water tank in opposite was open giving a musty smell which didnt help. The apartment itself was tidy, the bedding all clean and equipped with complimentary tea and toiletries. The bathroom was clean albeit with a few extra spider guests! The bedroom wall had a squahed insect on the wall and a dead fly in it which wasnt great. The cooker had been cleaned but not enough and as result I didnt want to use it and washed all utensils before using.
The beds were comfortable, shame we didnt get much sleep due to noise in the flat above which again can't be helped. We had to reattach curtains to hooks in both lounge and bedroom on arrival.
I would stay again as I thought it was a good location and pretty clean inside but I know my partner didnt feel secure in there and therefore we would probably look elsewhere next time. The company were prompt with emails and instructions.
