The Bedford Lodge Hotel was very nice. Staff were helpful and the breakfast was really good. There were chocolates on my pillow and ground coffee with a cafetiere and fresh milk in the room. I would stay again

Beautiful facilities - definitely book the spa and a treatment. The restaurant had a really intimate feel to it and the tables were nicely arranged. Great quality food and the breakfast was sublime (particularly the haddock). We will definitely return. Thank you Bedford Lodge for a fantastic birthday stay.

Booked for an anniversary treat. Expected slightly more for the price TBH. Nothing bad or wrong to be fair, just a slightly dated air about the place and one or two rather abrupt staff members. Dinner was good but very expensive. Nice Spa, but a walk across the car park. Hotel health club/pool is separate and a bit tired.

The Bedford Lodge is set in attractive grounds and has very good and generous parking. The hotel is well decorated and maintained. The staff are helpful and attentive and the breakfast was excellent. We would definitely stay there again.

Warm welcoming staff. Excellent parking and relaxed atmosphere. Brilliant breakfasts and restaurant offers great menu choices and a tempting wine list. Attended during probably busiest week of year and in a heat wave but staff were cheerful and exceptionally hard working throughout our stay. A fine example for all workers to follow whatever their work

We had a great bleisure stay at the hotel. Clean room, comfortable bed, excellent and clean swim/sauna/steam facilities and not crowded. Breakfasts and evening meal were superb. Will definitely stay again soon.

Very clean & tidy room and comfy bed.Lovely little touches. Staff were friendly and very helpful. The swimming pool etc were great to use. Lovely outside spaces to eat and drink. Great location. Beautiful outside terrace with great food. Service is friendly but not as quick as we would have liked. Restaurant food is great too. Spa booked up way in advance so could not use that for this stay. We would happily return.

Another lovely stay at this stand up hotel, pleasant & friendly staff, very clean room Health club & breakfast lovely, however some relaxing music in the health club would be a bonus. We will be returning in the summer.
