We got to our room and there were no towels or toilet paper. They gave us a roll and told us to try again the next morning for fresh towels.

We checked in and had 2 towels in room. No washclothes,bath mat. Ad didnt say we had to bring our own kitchen supplies. No coffee available in rooms or lobby. Lickily Cumberland Farms within walking distance.

The staff was very nice and accomodating and made up for the noise from loud neighboring guests, appearance of the tarp which was in the breakfast area, and construction mound outside which reduced the appeal of the view.

Ok for the price

There was a terrible smell in the elevator. The hotel is new and pretty clean, but you have to ask for any additional items like a hair dryer, iron and ironing board ect...The bed was not very comfortable, but the pillows were good!

The people in the room next us were unreasonably and outrageously loud . It was like we were in the same room with them and they were speaking and yelling loudly. This went on until 3 am. We got zero sleep. The refrigerator in the room also was very loud .it would start running every couple hours and it the sound was too loud to sleep through. We had to get up very early for our train departure and we were absolutely exhausted. Such a disappointment. We got this specifically to get a good night sleep for our train trip instead of having to get up at 4 am and start the journey from our home. I will never stay here again.

We booked a room for my birthday. When we arrived we were told the tv in our room might not work. We asked for a room with a working tv and they said they were all booked. This was the only room. When we entered the room we realized it was not the room we booked and paid for. The lamp, the bathtub spout, and a drawer were broken. There was no remote to turn on the tv and see if it even worked. There was also an exposed outlet hanging out of the wall with the wall plate removed. We canceled our stay and booked another room. The only positive was the help from the attendant at the front desk. Terrible way to start my birthday. This experience wasted alot of time and pretty much ruined our plans for the night. Now I get to wait for who knows how long to get a refund.

This is an extended stay and had some people staying who were behaviorally unique. They were minding their business but it might help to bring an open mind. I appreciated the multi cultural and homey atmosphere. Walls are very thin though. Blinds were in good shape and wider slats but on the first floor you need to make sure slats especially the lower ones are not showing your room to the parking lot lol. No curtains and couldn’t tell if temp control worked. They were cooler days. I like setting the room to mid 60s, closing blackout curtains and sleeping tight at an hotel and that couldn’t totally happen. Otherwise, clean, modest room with a full refrigerator, small ceramic cooktop, microwave. No utensils so need to pack if planning to cook. Bathroom had a small bar soap and shampoo. Bring your own toiletries. Towels are changed every 2 weeks - can get fresh towels from front desk.
