This was an amazing place with remarkable people. Hop was extremely friendly and helpful. And Marie made the most incredible breakfast. They made us feel like we were part of the family. I couldn’t have asked for anything better. He gave us a tour and let us feed and pet the horses, who I now love! And the pool and hot tub were absolutely wonderful! I can’t say enough about how much I love Saddleview! I would strongly recommend this place to anyone traveling in Pennsylvania. It is a must see. I definitely plan on returning.

this place was amazing the rooms are very clean, very quiet the owners were just as great they were nice, attentive, positive and very outgoing. they served us with great breakfast gave us a tour of everything and showed us the horses! overall this stay is a must if you are wanting to stay somewhere i would 100% recommend here i will def be booking again

We absolutely loved our stay at Saddleview Bed & Breakfast! It truly feels like a five-star hotel combined with the charm and comfort of an Airbnb, all surrounded by beautiful scenery and peaceful countryside views. They offer horseback riding, and it sounds like they have even more exciting things planned for the future. The owner, Joseph, along with Chef Papa Joe and Hop, went above and beyond to make my husband and I feel welcome. Their kindness and hospitality made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. One of my favorite parts was the spotless hot tub (I’m a bit of a germaphobe, so cleanliness is a huge deal to me!), as well as the large enclosed pool area that keeps bugs out, making it even more relaxing. We also enjoyed spending the evening around the beautiful bonfire making s’mores together. It was such a peaceful, relaxing getaway. Of course, visiting the horses was a highlight too! Boss was my favorite—he’s such a handsome, gentle giant. We will absolutely be back without a doubt. This is one of those places you’ll always remember. Thank you for making us feel like we were home away from home. God bless you all, and we can’t wait to visit again!

Highly recommend this place! The staff went above and beyond for my group and we’ll definitely be visiting again soon. We chose to stay here while doing skiing at Camelback- not that bad of a drive. The pool is heated, breakfast is delicious, rooms are spacious and clean with so much to do on property. I had no clue they just opened up a few months ago when I booked, and I think it made the experience all the better. 10/10

Absolutely beautiful and peaceful place!! The host is one of the loveliest people you’ll ever meet. We stayed in the Maple room- it was cozy with a super comfy bed and huge bathroom with relaxing shower. We didn’t get to ride the horses because of the snow but it was still a nice treat to see and brush them. Their trainer is passionate about horses and we learned a lot from her! In all, we loved our stay!!

We absolutely loved our stay at Saddle View Bed & Breakfast! The staff were so warm and welcoming, and the entire place has been beautifully renovated — everything was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. Breakfast was incredible every morning — fresh, homemade, and absolutely delicious. We also loved spending time by the pool and relaxing in the jacuzzi, which made our stay feel extra special. And the horses on the property were just amazing — such a unique and peaceful touch that really added to the experience. We can’t recommend Saddle View enough! It’s the perfect mix of comfort, hospitality, and countryside charm.

My sister and I stayed here one night and it was a real treat! The fire pit was awesome and my sister and I did not feel like going to the pool or Jacuzzi but after we saw it, we went ahead and did it and it was amazing. We will never forget it. The next morning we had breakfast and oh my goodness it was delicious. They had the Vermont sharp cheddar cheese in the omelette with some nice fluffy bread and turkey sausage. We stayed in the paddle room, which was super cute and comfortable.. definitely would come here again and would recommend it to our friends. Thank you, Joe and Hop for everything you made us feel very special.

There is a lot to like about this bed and breakfast: the location, cleanliness, the staff’s eagerness to help, and the hot tub and pool. It is unusual to have these facilities open at all times of day, and we really appreciated this, since we spent most of the day out. Our bed was soft but relatively comfortable, although the noise from the road meant that we could not keep the window open. We were disappointed, however, by a couple of things, especially the practicality of our room, as well as the limited choice of food at breakfast: if you have trouble with the choice of pancakes, french toast and bacon, contact them in advance to ask for eggs, yogurt, veggies, etc. One would expect that a king room costing over $200 would provide more practical space for personal belongings. We found two hooks, no hangers, and no drawers in which to put things. How are guests expected to keep their clothes in usable condition and easily accessible, other than by keeping everything neatly packed in their luggage? I cannot even imagine where guests staying in winter are supposed to put their coats and shoes. The same problem applies to the bathroom, which was very pleasant in terms of design. Again, however, there was only one hook and one towel bar. It is easy to see that two people will find this inadequate for hanging clothes and drying towels. And what about swimsuits? It is wonderful to have a hot tub and a pool, but what are guests supposed to do with their wet swimsuits afterward?
