This hotel is great! I flew in to the Buffalo Airport late at night and the hotel shuttle was there to pick me up 5 minutes after I called. The hotel is so cute, Very clean, comfortable beds, staff at the desk is wonderful and it's connected to a great chicken wing bar/grill. Def. would stay here again.

The best thing about this hotel besides location is the housekeeping staff. My arrival was super late, but I had called the note to advise. I was told my room was safe. Arrived at 10:40 pm and not so much. I got the smallest room I’ve ever seen at a supposed 5 star hotel, complete with a huge support post in the middle. When I pushed back, the kid at the desk told me it was my fault for being late. Wow. Never again.

We like the vibe of the property. Something different from the standard marriot or holiday inn. Lots of charm and character. Nice neighborhood. Mostly clean, but. the bathtub could use new grout or a thorough cleaning around the tub. Bed was very comfortable. I would go back.

The carpet tiles in the 3rd floor hallway were loose making the place looked not maintained at all, it is also a safety issue for both staff and guests. There is also a disgusting smell in the elevator, not sure if it is from carpet cleaner used or musty smell from the carpet itself.

Room was clean. The ceiling was stained from a leak. The tub eas also stained. I asked for an extra blanket and pillow. Staff brought it to the room and left in on the floor outside tge door. Didn’t bother and wait for me to answer. They are currently under renovation. So hopefully it will improve
