Thankfully left everything including my purse in the car, in order to check in and check the room. Found bed bugs with one turn of the corner sheet on the bed, and we walked out immediately. Entire facility was shabby, and dirty. Even the outside of the hotel was unkempt with messy landscaping, weeds and overgrown. Staff was courteous and gladly agreed to a refund.

Our room was clean the staff was awesome and the breakfast superb. The only problem we had is that on our last day the power went off, the hotel didn’t have a power generator and we spend all night and morning with no heater it was 33 and below and everything pitch black could see my way thru the stairs or around the room.
