Extremely friendly and efficient staff. The restaurant and bar in the hotel are very convenient. The rooms are a nice size, quiet and with all the necessary amenities.

The staff is great. The property is showing its age in a lot of areas. There is the restaurant and a single pub nearby. The people at the pub weren’t friendly. I’d probably rather stay somewhere with a bit more to do nearby.

Quick stay outside Limmerick

Sweet relief.

It was such a sweet relief to have a big comfy bed and soft pillows. And a deep tub with hot water! Staff was all wonderful and food was delicious!

Fantastic

Great service, excellent food. We stayed for 5 nights 2 rooms and needed an Accessible Bath. The management helped us in any way with mapquest to find directions to locales, they were never rushed and gave us their utmost attention. Food was excellent. Great location.

Nice and clean however the advertise swimming pool does not exist. Breakfast was very good. Noisy at night, the room above had someone pacing the room constantly on a creaky floor which was both alarming and irritating. Good average hotel but not much else to offer apart from the room and food.

Not 4 star hotel

Big hotel with tacky advertisements (banners, pamphlets, TV screens) throughout lobby. Run down rooms, especially bathroom. Very bright green LED in bathroom ceiling floods the entire room with light. Thin walls and ceiling.

Stayed one night. First floor single room. Unfortunately we had some bad luck. First few hours of the evening their were kids running up and down the hallway. Crazy that the front desk employees wouldnt say anything to the parents who sat in the lobby. Dinner was good ! 4am comes along. The fire alarm goes off for 20 minutes. Stayed here based off the reviews. Would take a second look around next time.

Aging fast

We’ve been staying at this hotel for years when we visit family in the area. I’m sad to say the conditions of the rooms have deteriorated fast. The bathroom door needs to be replaced. Chips in the cheep wood and was also not clean. The toilet walls were not clean. Hand print on the painted upper half of the wall. It really should be tiled floor to ceiling. The mirror is rusting. Trim around the tub is discoloured and could be cleaner. It’s a beautiful hotel but they cut corners with the renovations and now it’s showing.
