Poor reception greeting. No-one was at the reception area - it’s an extension of the bar. We had to search for a barkeep to check us in. Rooms are a bit dated but spacious, and the ensuite bathroom was excellent as it seemed to have been updated. Breakfasts were excellent.

Can’t fault our stay here at all. Lovely big room for our family of 4, including a fan which was needed and a pulled out bed ready for our kids. There was absolutely no noise through the night. The staff were great, beds comfy and breakfast perfect. They were even kind enough to provide me some hot milk behind the bar for the babies bed time bottle at no charge. Parking was great, though I can imagine is much busier at weekends. Location absolutely perfect. We had our evening meal here too after being out all afternoon and the food was great. Facilities all fantastic, honestly really happy with the money we spent

Well I was absolutely speechless this hotels sat overlooking the beach of longsands easily walking and there’s lots of things to do the rooms are spotless the foods great I only wish I’d have brought my surfboards

Clean room and pretty spacious. Good breakfast and breakfast staff. Reason for the low score was one of the managers had a poor manner about them. My wife mentioned it to me when she was trying to check in half and hour early and I didn’t believe her but I witnessed it when I was checking out. At check out we asked if we could store a small cabin bag so we could go for a walk along the front but we were told the bag storage area was full. Really? If true then you need a bigger storage space.
