First time at this hotel. Staff were great on arrival. Got to our room which was just ehat we needed but the heat! It was so warm. Did not have a good night sleep with the heat and the pillows were hard. On checkout the lady was lovely. We asked questions about the hotel and she explained what we asked for if we stayed again. Great location.

The reception staff weren't very informative. We had two rooms for two nights and both cards stopped working after one night. The rooms were clean but basic. The breakfast was a good continental breakfast. The location was perfect for the theatre, market, shops etc.

room was clean and tidy, bed was surprisingly so comfortable and soft. the room itself was fantastic for our stay, might be a little small for longer stays but for the night you cannot complain at all. the staff were so lovely and talkative too. the only fault i had with the room was with the aircon and general ventilation of the room. the air conditioning didn’t cool the room at all despite being on all night and the only other way of cooling the room was with the window which didn’t open that fully. if you had a shower your room/shower would remain humid no matter how hard you tried to cool the room down. other than that fantastic stay!
