First time at this hotel. Staff were great on arrival. Got to our room which was just ehat we needed but the heat! It was so warm. Did not have a good night sleep with the heat and the pillows were hard. On checkout the lady was lovely. We asked questions about the hotel and she explained what we asked for if we stayed again.
