Spacious room with a lovely lookout over the sea front and view of Herd Goyne. Bed mattresses weren’t the most comfortable, maybe time for replacing. Weather was very hot during our stay and the room was warm, but reception provided a fan on request which helped. Great location with an easy walk along the beach promenade to the Marine Park and Ocean Road. Plentiful and easy parking.

Have stayed at this hotel on a number of occasions an have been pleased with the outcome. Little things are now getting a little dated e.g shower curtain(?), stains on bath silicone seal and no USB charging sockets. Location is good together with parking but price appears to have increased and the breakfast is not as good compared to previous visits.

Great location and free parking. Room was a good size and clean with a great view, although decor & furniture a little dated. Staff were all very pleasant and helpful, but not enough on duty, especially late evening at the bar. Breakfast was good and plenty to choose from. Would stay again if in the area

Outstanding,hotel and staff.love this place.breakfast needs attention.every thing lovely,clean and in abundance but the cooked breakfast needs attention,terrible sausages and the beans looked like they had been reheated over and over again and not just me and my families but quite a few tables had the same left overs. But will I go again,absolutely.house keeping manager ,thankyou for going above and beyond for us.problem with the booking and there computers side but resolved in a heartbeat.thankyou.

Staff were helpful and polite. The room was clean, with an excellent view. But the bed was not very comfortable, and the heating was not brilliant. The fixtures and fittings were worn and dated. Breakfast was ok, but could do with a decent coffee machine as you would find in similar setups. So in short, a potentially lovely place that just needs investment to upgrade it.
