This hotel employs the friendliest staff I have ever come across. Every single colleague was helpful, cheerful, attentive and seemed to be in a good mood. They all seemed to get on well with each other too. There was just such a warmth to the place. Would highly recommend.

A lovely hotel

We had a lovely overnight stay in this city centre hotel. Beautiful, modern decor and artwork. We Liked how they are promoting local small businesses with the mugs in room and other items for sale in the lobby area. Staff are friendly and professional. Breakfast was fantastic and he’s very comfortable.

Stopped here on a sunday night for a night away. Excellent location and parking on site, very reasonable. Hotel was immaculate throughout, room was comfortably and had everything you needed. We had breakfast included which was suoerb, plenty choice and service from the staff was faultless. Definitely will stay again, great value for money

Lovely hotel in the city centre

The hotel was in a great spot in Newcastle City Centre. Parking was in a car park next to the hotel and we were charged £15 for the night. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom included a large walk in shower. We ate at the hotel and the food was good, with lots of choice. Our server, Laura, was great - she was really friendly but professional, a real credit to the hotel. We will definitely stay here again!
