Dirty carpet (hair and clipped nails) and bathroom tiles. They don’t vacuum the common areas nor the rooms, and just change the towels but don’t mop the tiles in the bathroom.

The hotel has a very modern and classy feel. The decor and facilities were beyond compare. The stay although brief was five star, and from the moment we walked through the door into the lobby the staff stood out as professionals, inviting and worthy of the top tier of premier hotels. This one is now bookmarked as a favourite hotel for this region.
