We had an issue with our room which was quickly sorted by the team. The rooms are good; quite considering it’s on the main road; bathrooms are quite small but absolutely do the job. A bit annoying having to pay for parking but decent location very close to the metro. Overall, a great location just outside of town.

Well located friendly hotel.

Well located hotel very close to Tyneside Metro and easy walk into City Centre Plenty of parking, including EV charging. Had room on the back which was quiet and had everything for our needs. All the staff we spoke to were lovely. We thought the price was very reasonable.

Good place for exploring Newcastle and the North East. Clean, big spacious rooms, good breakfast, just 250 meters to Jesmond Metro Station. Great staff, all very friendly and helpful.

Good location

Lovely, friendly staff and clean and bright public areas. Room fine, comfy beds and lovely shower with good water pressure. Good breakfast Hadn’t realised the room wouldn’t be serviced, fine from an eco perspective of course but would have liked to have known and to have replenished water etc.

Excellent Stay - Service with a Smile

As usual, staff at reception were extremely helpful, super friendly and couldn't have done more than they did, to make us feel welcome. We always use this hotel whilst visiting Newcastle on our trips 'Up North' and will continue to do so. Location in and out of Newcastle is easy to get to and the Metro station is a 3 minute walk away giving quick and easy access into the city centre. Thank you

Nice staff, parking available

Very friendly staff and excellent service. Plenty of parking, £10/night, which is a big advantage. Location is OK for the outskirts of the city but a bit of a walk into the centre. The hotel is on a busy road so there's quite a lot of noise if you're in a front room. The rooms aren't big but have everything you need.
