A good central hotel. Room was comfy and quiet bed was lovely. It would be nice to have Netflix available on the tv, and bottle water replenished every day. Breakfast was superb!

Very handy location for the train station, the quayside and the city shopping centre. Great cafes nearby especially cafe Andaluz. Bed was a bit lumpy but room was lovely and quiet.

The Grey hotel is LOVLEY the bedding and towels top class the location is perfect the building is old and retains some of the original decor but has been brought up to date in areas needed the breakfast was excellent I would recommend the Grey hotel in a instant

Good value for money - very central and only £65 per night. Staff on reception are friendly and the rooms although small are well equipped and comfortable
