Beautiful newly renovated hotel in best location. Difficult to find car parking but there is one located under the bridge on the bottom of Grey Street, just 2-3 blocks from the hotel.

Great place to stay - just didn’t hit the mark for 5* . However the staff were amazing, and some parts of the venue were gorgeous. Shower was v good! Very comfy bed. Just the size of bed, some broken tiles, let it down a fraction but either way great location and would stay again.

Lovely hotel with helpful staff. Located very close to both the station and the centre of Newcastle, with shops and lots of cafes etc. Grey Street has the best historic architecture in Newcastle so very pleasant surroundings. Highly recommended.
