Lovely building and grounds. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Food excellent with good choices. Unfortunately Willow room had no window and the bathroom was in need of some tlc and a new shower.

Nice, clean rooms in a beautiful old villa. Quiet location and close to Newcastle city center or shopping, just a few minutes by car. Very friendly hosts and staff, award winning restaurant on site and a nice garden - if the weather permits it. We enjoyed staying there and can recommend this hotel.

Excellent quiet location for Gateshead

I always like to stay here when I'm in Gateshead. A really nice hotel, great service, fantastic breakfast and a great room. Would highly recommend.
