Great location in Jesmond next to bars and restaurants. Easy access to West Jesmond Metro station and into Newcastle City Centre. Staff are very friendly. Would definitely recommend and stay again in the future.

Great stay in lovely area

Lovely little hotel on a nice street. Nice restaurants connected and breakfast was good. Bathroom (esp shower) , and corridors needed a bit more of a clean though for me. Close to shops, metro and a nice walk into town from here too.

We had a very pleasant stay. The room was large and comfortable with everything we needed for a good stay. Parking was convenient and transport into the city centre was straight forward with a bus stop just across the road. Returning, the bus stop is right outside the hotel.

Good stay!

Really enjoyed the stay and would recommend to others. Only downside was the noise on a night from outside revellers ( only jealous! ) . Bit noisy on the corridor outside my room but momentary. Breakfast was lovely - good value for money. Really comfortable shower was fantastic.

Perfect stay at a great price

Hotel was lovely. We had a one night stay there just after new year for a funeral. We were able to check in on time. We got a space at the rear of the building for parking and the room was very clean and tidy. Looked very modern and homely. We were based in the Carlton building across the road under the same hotel. Would stay again
