Bed was amazing, so comfortable. We stayed on the lower ground floor which had a external gate on the balcony for easy access leaving & not having to go back through reception area. View of park & lake across the road. Will definitely consider staying here again in the future. Thank you

Great location and room was near and tidy. Only small downsides were no extra toilet paper in the room and reception wasn't open so had to go buy our own; and we spoke to reception about a trolley bed for a bedroom but it never came.
