They lost/resold my booked rooms so to get higher price for football fans despite having booked and confirmed two months prior to date? Shall not be recommending this motel to my family and friends who would use this during visits to newcastle area. No apology or contact from staff and nobody answers the phone, not a good way to run a bussiness?

Motel was well situated however quite dated. No staff during check in and check out, initial room was not what was booked however resolved quickly with upgrade to family rooms. Bathroom fixtures were broken and very small but the water pressure in the shower was excellent

Not worth the money

Pool was disgustingly green when asked staff they said it was cleaned the previous day a very disappointed answer just to make me leave There was tea and coffee but no key ingredient "milk" There was no toilet paper at all in the room The taps are literally marked back the from cold water comes out hot and hot water comes out cold

No offer of complimentary milk for the coffee, no complimentary soap, shampoo etc! No welcome, no help with anything, no remote for TV had to ask (TV could only be turned on and off without remote- no manual channel or volume buttons). Not very accomodating stay at all.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS MOTEL, sheets were stained, it took an hour for new sheets this being 10pm. I checked out after one night and was promised a refund on the second night, this has not happened. Door handle difficult to open and close, no kettle in room, pool was not in operation. Nothing like the website offered, extremely disappointing. Noisy, did not sleep till 3am. Office unattended on several occasions.

People in room next to me were up all night in and out of their room saying it was crawling with cockroaches. I informed the cleaners 3 times that I am a night shift worker and would be sleeping during the day only to have them walk into my room and wake me not once but twice.

worst stay ever. Not worth it

Not even worth the $99 I paid for it. The bed is itchy. Walls are dirty. Windows had cracks in them. Was on edge the whole night. The walls are paper thin. Don’t think my partner or I even got like one hour of solid sleep with how uncomfortable the beds are and hearing everything going on outside

The bed and pillows were comfy and staff polite, but that’s as far as I get with the positives. The bathroom had mould everywhere, the ceiling and throughout the grout. I had to shower with my things on. There are smears if god only knows what’s on the door and walls throughout as well as blood on the bathroom door. People generally say ‘you get what you paid for’, but I’ve paid less and stayed in better conditions.
