“Great clean place if you are looking to stay around Newburyport. You can walk across the bridge to downtown. The room is great and clean, just no amenities. Bring a cooler with drinks and any food / snacks you might want. It’s a great option if you just want to crash and have easy access to the restaurants and shops. Pleased with how clean it is. ”

“Great location! Walkable distance to many shops and restaurants. very safe. Although no staff on site, I sent a text asking for more towels and was delivered very quickly. Only negative is that there are only three parking parking spots for parallel parking in the back of the building. Extremely difficult to get in and out of unless you have a compact car. Would definitely stay again, but would utilize parking garage.”
