I researched online and saw that this hotel opened in 2019, but trust me when I say the building looks like it was built yesterday! Absolutely beautiful hotel that is kept immaculate by the staff. We opted to stay here instead of the LEGOland Hotel, to save some money, and it was definitely a great choice. All front desk staff were very friendly and polite. We only stayed two nights, and did not need housekeeping during our stay, but I saw the housekeeping staff working during the day and they seemed very hardworking and efficient. Vik, (the manager, I think?) was especially great. He was there every day that we stayed and he was always making sure to greet guests and check in with guests throughout their stay. It didn't feel like other hotels where the staff don't really know who you are. There was a very nice lounge with lots of seating areas, areas to eat, and an office area with a printer. We did not really use the lounge because we were exhausted after visiting LEGOland, but if we had stayed longer, I could definitely see us taking advantage of those spaces. There was also a very nice exercise room. After all the trekking around the park, we didn't need any other exercise - but again, very nice to have the option! My husband and I hope to visit LEGOland again in the future, and we will definitely keep this hotel on our list of options for visiting. If any of our friends ask, we will also let them know how great the stay was :)

The property is close to dining and shopping. The staff especially Vik at the front desk is friendly and welcoming. The hotel and rooms are very clean and modern. My room smelled clean and fresh as i walked in. The bed was very comfortable, I slept really well, the bathroom is a good size and clean. The area is quiet especially at night. In the lobby there are snacks for purchase, free hot breakfast in the morning. Good gathering place. Definitely recommend to stay.
