Pool area was heated perfectly pools but chilly at the beginning but the grandkids loved it. Wished for a hot tub but the fire pit was a nice addition. Breakfast was delicious and the staff wa so helpful even giving local ideas to visit. When we left both granddaughters said that was a really nice place! High praise indeed

The room has an odd setup. The bathroom door being straight across from the bed disturbed our sleep. Small counter top didn't work well with hair appliances, makeup and toiletries. And no sink close to the coffee pot was a pain. No side table or coffee table made it hard to sit on the couch with drinks and food. The clothes bar being so low didn't work with our formal clothes. The bed and toilet was too low. Poor room design in my experience from years of traveling. But other than this we had a great experience! Food and coffee was good.

The night of our stay our flight was delayed. When we called the hotel (several times with updates) the front desk attendants were helpful and kind. Finally, after arriving late into the night, we were greeted warmly by name. The entire property was clean, modern, and fresh. Breakfast was a notch above the normal hotel fair. We left feeling energized even, despite the weather delayed flight, causing a little less sleep than hoped for.

Everything was clean and nice. The breakfast was very good. The staff very helpful. The pool was pretty small though and placed awkwardly so that anyone in the lobby could watch you swim. And during breakfast two days in a row staff was running a wet dry vacuum for some reason in the ice machine by the eating area. Please let us have that delicious breakfast in peace. Other than that- the place was very clean, staff helpful and friendly, breakfast very good lots of options

The staff were amazing! They went above and beyond in making my stay special. The staff helped my daughter from Maryland plan my stay for a birthday gift. He even upgraded the room and arranged for me to check in three hours early. When I arrived in my room there was a candy bar on the bed along with a birthday card. On top of that the manager went and bought me balloons for my birthday! This place has just gained my entire family as customers.
