You have to be physically fit to stay here. There are no elevators and you must climb stairs to get to your room even if you are on the first floor. Other than that, the rooms are clean and have your standard amenities.

The bed was clean. Everything else was just old. The other desk were loud. Someone kept calling the phone all night long. There's not even numbers on the door. It's just masking tape they sharpie number on it.

The room was worn out and in complete disrepair. There were insect glue traps all over. The common areas were in disrepair. It was scary to stay there. Front desk staff was behind solid glass and spoke through a microphone. Amazing that this property was associated with, what I thought, was the reputable chain Wyndham. And the cost per night was an expensive, $200 a night.

Front man wasn’t there for check in and we were waiting for 20 Min. Then we got the keys, but the room was t ready, so we had to wait another 15 min for them to clean. Then when we got back to hotel at night, no front man, and the secured door to the rooms were opened by a shoe. Anyone came just go in & out. We did not feel safe and double locked our room. Coarse bath towels, hard to open /close the bathroom doors. Hair in the shower from prior visitor. Don’t go this hotel

I’m so glad that I did not pay attention to the negative reviews. I sold my home and needed to stay at a hotel before my next move. The staff was very attentive. They DO have an Ice machine. They did had breakfast, you just have to request it. It was not displayed as other hotels have it. Plenty of parking space. Cleaning service was very nice. Needed some packages delivered, they received it and called me every single time about its arrival. It was overall a pleasant experienced. I highly recommend it, however it is under renovation so some amenities will not be available until further notice.

Ramada’s are not what they used to be. This is the 3rd Ramada I’ve been to in 3 years and each and every one have been dingy and not well maintained. Lesson learned for me and my family to stay clear of this hotel chain. In addition when we booked on Expedia the description indicated breakfast included with a picture of the continental breakfast buffet but were told that morning it was not available due to ‘renovations’. Never again.
