“Upon arrival we have been upgraded (for free) to a luxury room. The room itself was very nicely decorated and it had that luxury, boutique feel. Room was very clean. “He estado alojada otras veces en este simpático castillo. Esta vez tenía que ir a ayudar a mi hijos a instalarse en la universidad de Bangor. Dos dias antes me vino una obstrucción intestinal y todo el dolor que conlleva. Sigo ingresada en el hospital y he pasado días muy difíciles. Entiendo que aunque era una reserva prepago, se trata de una causa de fuerza mayor, pero ellos no lo han entendido así. Me han cobrado el 100% de la reserva sin ser utilizada. Lamentable gestión. ”

“The Slate was a beautiful B&B, the room was very comfortable. Bed was really comfy, quilt and pillows just perfect. Towels were so soft and fluffy, The food was lovely and the staff very helpful. Shout out for Rachel and Ashton, absolute gems and the proprietor should recognise the staff for their fab customer service. Parking was great and the ease of check in and check out couldn't have been any easier.”

“The Victoria is located ideally for travellers use as a base for Anglesey & North Wales. There is parking but sometimes busy and full. Waiting and room staff are very pleasant & polite. One staff member stood out exceptionally, think his name was Toby?The service and food there was very good, but the continental breakfast area and self serve hot drinks needs attention. However, one day a male manager gave a female staff member a very loud upsetting verbal discipline, which clients could hear. It...

“We used to be regulars at Tre Ysgawan but never again. The entire vibe of the place has changed, there were renovations going on, the staff were not as friendly, and we were put in a room over the main bar so we didn’t get any sleep until it closed which we were promised it would and it didn’t. In the spa we were always offered a drinks service before but not this time. I don’t know what changed but this isn’t the same place.”

“Great base for walking the Llanberis path up Snowden. The hosts were extremely welcoming, warm, and knowledgable about the local area. A selection of teas and coffee are available in the lounge area which felt much needed after the climb! Room was clean and well maintained. Breakfast was lovely. Would definitely recommend :)”
