I called and texted multiple times for access to the room, as it states you have to reach out for information before check in. Nobody ever answered. I showed up to check in and nobody was there.

Absolutely horrible, They lied about how we would be accomodated, the information they provide is completely confising, what they ask of the guests in terms of how to enter and what codes and rules, is just as confusing, they made us wait an hour after our arranged arrival, completely disgusting, they should not be allowed to provide any type of service

This is a shared apartment that means you share the apartment with others. I was confused thinking I will have a room in the apartment while kitchen and living area will be for us. But, there are 3 rooms and more people might check in while you are there. We were there and young (undergrad) people with their friends checked in thinking they can party all night. They also thought the entire apartment was for them. But communication with owner was smooth and things were taken care of.
