The hotel was outdated. The shower head was small and not something you find at a hotel. The bathroom floor had things on the floor, guessing from the previous renter. couch was dingy and looked dirty. Hotel needs complete update.

Very inconvenience and misleading information you guys have on the website. According to the website the popular amenities would be laundry, gym etc. But we found out none of these was found in the hotel. Very disappointed but I guess it's expected since the hotel rate per night was less than $100. Lesson learned and we will never stay on this type of a hotel the next time we visit NJ

Difficulty checking in as the person behind the counter didn't seem to care. the fire alarm went off at 2am, due to a faulty alarm system, and no communication to the people in the rooms. I wouldn't go back to this hotel.

Front desk staff on the night of March 28th/29th was the rudest most unhelpful lady ever. Just showing up annoyed her.. she looked pissed and don’t even greet us when we came in. Just pissed that I interrupted her show or whatever she was watching on her phone. Then when my name didn’t match exactly with one of the two room bookings I made, she made us change the reservation information to book us in (even though I did show her other id showing the second name on a government id) .. then checking my drivers licence id a second time.. incase I somehow changed my identity in the 20 minutes standing i front of her, in took to change the second room. Then instead of trying to help us, decided to chat with friends on the phone and watch more tic tocs or whatever. Not one smile or nicety the entire time. Then we got to the room, it smelt like mould, was a sauna, had a leak from the ac unit, blood or something smashed on the wall, broken shower faucet, the ceiling of the bathroom was damaged in multiple spots with holes. The carpet was not vacuumed, the second room had broken shelves, damaged/peeling ceilings, cigarette butts littered outside the window on the balcony. The hallways smelled horribly or smoke. We were terrified of bed bugs and had the worst sleep ever.
