I thought this property would be an entire apartment but there were other guests staying there in the apartment with me. That was the only downside but otherwise great experience.

Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities
Neighborhood isn't safe. Vermin/rats roamed outside of unit. - Owner failed to provide check in information until we were outside property in dangerous neighborhood. - False: “Each apartment provides a refrigerator and a microwave,…” Our room had neither. - One King Bed – that is how they determine “Sleeps 3” - Nothing safe in walking distance. - No air conditioning as stated on Expedia. - Water pressure is minimal. - Was unable to get refund because I started the check in process just to get the keys to the room. - Third floor of property only. Three flights of stairs. - Original Living space divided in multiple rooms (think bad European Hostel with American prices). - Cooking smells and noise permeate every space. - Communal sitting room and kitchenette. - Old furniture in sitting room covered in blankets. - King size bed in our room was sitting on several twin mattresses stacked up (no frame). - Overhead lighting but, no lamp (as pictured). - No soap provided. Had to use leftover shampoo from past visitor. - Wireless was always overloaded. TVs provided only have internet connection and constantly froze up - turned it off. - No parking available as stated on Expedia. Property gate marked "No Parking - Cars will be towed" but, owner allows driveway and gate to be fully blocked. - Neighborhood not safe - insisted on driveway parking. Neighbor let us park in their driveway at $10.00 per day. - Neighbor has a toilet sitting fence side by front door of our unit.
