Everything about the stay was top-tier didn’t have the breakfast because we either woke up late or was moving trying to do other activities, but I’m sure it was great. The staff was great. The rooms were clean. We didn’t have to use the parking but everything was well. Maintained will be back.

Air conditioner was loud and kept us up all night. Traffic at night outside the building was also very noisy particularly at night. Staff was very nice. Facility is conveniently located by Penn Station, but it is not the best area for walking around and feeling safe.

I love that the property was clean and it was nearby The Penn station honestly that’s what’s great. it might be a little sketchy when you walk out between the hotel and penn station but nothing major as it’s always filled with people so it’s not like you’re totally alone. Plus after six the doors don’t open unless you have your hotel card.

This was my second timing staying at this specific location. Both stays were incident free. Staff members are very friendly and helpful. Front desk provide you with delicious fresh baked cookies daily. The only thing of note is that there has been a partially unfinished glass of wine left beside the wall outside my room. It sat there from sometime before I arrived and was still there 2 days later when I went to checkout. Housekeeping did took care of everything inside the room on both stays.

When we arrived to check in, we were told Expedia evidently cancelled my stay due to an “issue” with the card I used to book months ago. But I didn’t receive the notification and the app still showed me as “Booked”. Evidently the hotel was fully booked due to multiple concerts over the weekend. This was highly upsetting and sent me into a state of panic. The hotel manger indicated he was restoring my reservation at the same price I booked - we charged a higher amount but we had a place to stay after our concert ended so it mostly worked out. The hotel was very nice and is close to prudential center and the sports illustrated stadium, if you are going for a concert at one of these venues and need a place to stay, I recommend this hotel. However, I likely will not use Expedia to book in the future.
