It’s old and the rooms still smell from the days when smoking was allowed. Also the restaurant was terribly understaffed.

For $180 a night this hotel leaves a lot to be desired. Parking is awful - packed lot, jammed main entrance with no traffic flow to drop off bags before having to park a half mile away. The grab & go snack kiosk was closed and only one restaurant was operating. The smell of chlorine smacks you in the face when you walk in the door and the noise from the pool carries up to the fourth floor. The staff was friendly and helpful but the layout & closed snack shack was a turn off. On a positive note there is a CVS vending machine with personal care items you made need and it was regular price for an items needed (no up charge!) Nice touch since there is not lobby store.

I love the site where it’s located. I love the hotel. I would prefer this hotel than any other hotel in the city. The representatives were awesome they were helpful they were kind they were patient and they were willing to help in anything that was needed concerning my stay I gave this hotel 100 thumbs up.
