I've stayed in this hotel before and definitely recommend it if in the area. Staff is friendly, rooms are clean and it's a plus to have a bar/restaurant down in the lobby. Check in this time around was a bit sluggish. However, there were a lot of events happening at the same time including a BTS concert which I am sure no one was really prepared for. Having a shuttle to/from the airport every 30 minutes is a definitely life saver.

Stayed here the night before an early flight out of Newark. The shuttle service was excellent, running every thirty minutes and always on time, which made things really easy. The room was spacious and basic but did the job for an overnight stay. Staff were helpful throughout. My one complaint would be the air conditioning, which was below average and could use some attention. There’s also a pool and gym on-site, though we didn’t get a chance to use them given our short stay. Overall, solid choice for a convenient pre-flight night near the airport.

Ok option for 1 night stay. Rooms need updates and better cleaning. Beds and pillows very comfortable. Food at the bar is pretty good. Shuttle from airport is terrible, you have to take a bus and tram train to find their pick up location; at least they drop you off at the terminal on way from hotel.

To be honest the elevator was the most unique thing, at least to me. But the property was well maintained, clean and fresh. The room was nice and clean despite the doors to the room being rundown. Other than that the stay was good.
