This was the 3rd time I've stayed at this hotel. The staff was very nice and helpful. The rooms each time were clean and spacious. 2 of the times we stayed we attended concerts at the Prudential center which made our concert experience even better with it being attached directly to the concert venue. We will definitely be using this hotel for future stays!

The hotel itself the stay was good we stayed here before no complaints and very welcoming. But the parking garage attendant when we checked in was very rude and disrespectful. I made a complaint at the hotel desk upon checking in and they informed me that he does not work for the hotel and other guest were also complaining. The parking lot garage is shared with the Prudential Center. When we checked out it was a different parking attendant was very polite and pleasant.

This was below the standard that we expect for Marriot in cleanliness. The area did not feel safe and we were told by local uber drivers that is was not a safe area. The streets were dirty and the area around the hotel was not maintained well. The staff was friendly.
