We had an air-conditioning problem. Came and fixed it. Utbwe got moved to another room. They acted quickly. I lived the breakfast. The mall was just across the road. 3 minutes walking.

This was a really nice hotel. SO convenient to the Jersey Gardens Mall - walking distance. I really appreciated the body wash and lotion that were affixed to the walls in the bathroom. We had a small issue with our toilet, but maintenance came as soon as I called, and fixed the problem. The staff were friendly and it was an overall comfortable and nice stay.

The close location to the airport and mall was extremely convenient. The hotel is located in a quiet area with minimal traffic. The staff were friendly and the breakfast buffet was much better than expected. I would definitely stay there again.
