Many construction updates were in place to maintain this historic site. Glad to see that. We did not locate the free breakfast. Apparently, it was at a sister hotel. We stayed here in a pinch when we did not make a flight connection and had to wait 24 hours for our next flight. Shuttle service was great.

We sleep at the hotel when we visit NYC. This hotel was clean, had what we needed and was within walking distance to Newark Penn Station to catch the PATH train each day. We will definitely be staying here again in June.

Two delightful stays a week apart. Staff and manager are great, accommodating, and ready to help in any circumstance. The distance centre was closed as were the ground floor handicap, bathrooms, I understand that these were both construction.

I like the staff and a location. Also the price was good. I didn't notice that they do have a parking, and it was the same price I paid in another place, maybe I would use the hotel parking, since it was cheap. Bad thing was that room has no iron, but the staff provided it very quickly. There were no glasses for water, no kettle or other apliances for coffee or tea. There were no shirt hangers in the closet. So it was poorly equipped. Overall it was quite and friendly

The hotel itself was clean and close to the airport. Staff was super helpful. We had guests on our floor that blasted music until early hours of the morning so it was hard to sleep. There were a lot of vagrants in the area as well so I suggest not to wander around too much.

The room was clean and put together nicely. I just wish there were more towels available so I didn’t have to ask for more. The bathroom was a little small and when the toilet flushed the shower pressure slowed down almost completely. Lastly there were some women next door that were cranking music loud and partying. Thankfully I was able to go to the front desk and ask for their help and it quieted down.

It was an amazing hotel then expected. It was spacious, very clean, staffs are super nice. The hotel was very close to the subway station. Walkable distance. We went with our toddler and we had a great time in Robert Treat hotel. It was a great experience for us. Happy with our choice. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who would like to stay. Thank you for all the services you have provided us during our stay.

Gave me a room already occupied so walked into someone's room. I was assigned a new room but it didn't have enough towels or soap. Very noisy at night since the hotel is used for events and guests walk in and out of rooms all night ( I stayed on a weekend). Shuttle service and luggage storage was helpful.
