This staff was extremely helpful. I can say that this was a positive experience, however, the first time I enter the bathroom, I was greeted by a roach other than that no major issues

The staff was so friendly and the hotel shuttle bus was so convenient. I loved my stay here but I will say it wasn’t the cleanest. There were stains on majority of the towels and a stain on the bed sheet and I found a beetle in my hotel room and outside in the hallway. Honestly not a big deal to me so I would stay again for the price, the convenient location, and the super nice staff!!

The room was very clean. The staff was very pleasant. Didn't like that they charge for parking daily $16, which i thought that was crazy because any hotel that I go to parking is free. If you don't pay for parking you have to park outside, which I don't recommend because the surrounding area don't look safe.

Both shuttle drivers were great! The bar/restaurant was pretty good, too. The room was odd, but an excellent size. Nice strong shower. BUT the WiFi never connected even after consulting two employees. The bed was so soft it virtually swallowed me up. Could have used a rope to hail myself out.
