I’m big on customer service, so I do want to share one piece of feedback. Upon arrival, there was a bell attendant on his phone who did not offer to help, even as my daughter and I struggled to carry our bags up the stairs. That was the only downside of our stay. Otherwise, everything from start to finish was excellent. The staff was very attentive whenever we needed assistance, and the hotel is in a prime location—within walking distance to Little Italy, SoHo, and Canal Street, which made getting around very convenient.
I also requested a late checkout at noon, which was approved. After oversleeping, I asked for an additional 15 minutes, and the front desk kindly accommodated without hesitation. That’s what great customer service looks like!
Overall, I would absolutely stay here again and again.
