That’s what I like most about the property was that it was close to the event that I was trying to get to. also, it gave me a chance to explore the Bronx, which I’ve never been to before, and I loved it because the men were gorgeous.

Everything was wonderful. The staff was very helpful. The room was a bit snug but had ample storage and shelving. When you check in ask for a refillable bottle to use at their water station. They have flat and bubbly water on tap. Breakfast was super handy for a big day. Had a great stay! Thank you everyone!

Overall, my stay was pleasant. When I first arrived, it took quite a while for the front desk employee to acknowledge me, as she appeared to be finishing up a phone call and working on something else. However, once she did, she was kind and helpful. The main issue during my stay was the temperature throughout the hotel. My room was extremely warm, and despite setting the thermostat to a cooler temperature, it never seemed to make much of a difference. The hallways and common areas also felt quite hot. Other than those issues, the staff was friendly and the stay was enjoyable. With better temperature control and a quicker check-in experience, this would have been an even better stay.

I have to state that there was a bit of confusion at the Wingate on my behalf,and I’m grateful to the staff that took my word and believed that I was not trying to be deceitful If I had to rate this hotel I would have to say that it was excellent! And customer service! My stay was great. The hotel looks absolutely amazing!. I will definitely recommend the Wingate Hotel located on Park Avenue right off 138th St.
