The room feels a little dated and could use some updating. Slippers and bathrobes are not provided automatically, so you need to request them from the hotel. That said, the breakfast was excellent, and the complimentary food and drinks served from 5:00–8:00 pm were a real highlight. The quality and variety were very good, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, a comfortable stay with great food and a convenient location.

After staying in New York City many times, this is probably one of the best stays I’ve ever had. The rooms were clean, the staff was amazing and Location was excellent. What really made this place great was the morning breakfast staff and the evening happy hour staff. Specifically one staff member Sonia who served the wine and attended to all the guests made this stay extremely amazing. We met so many nice people and the staff made this stay extra special. I would highly recommend this location to returning New York visitors or new visitors as well.

Every single staff member we encountered was extremely helpful, friendly and patient in answering our questions. They were all outstanding. Breakfast and evening food was tasty and fresh. Location was great and accessible by various travel means, i.e. subway, private car, Uber. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. During our stay there seemed to be a few shortages like washcloths but this may have been temporary. All in all, our stay was wonderful and we will stay there again on our next visit!
