Poor customer service. Fees (hotel occupation) charged for more people than the ones who stayed. I told the front desk during check out and the lady couldn’t prorated it and needed to ask the Manager. I had to go to the airport so I couldn’t wait but sent a message to get a partial reimbursement. The hotel did not respond. I will have to dispute the transaction with my credit card company as the difference is > $200

Loved it!

The hotel was very nice, the staff was very helpful and friendly. The bed was so comfortable. The morning breakfast and evening happy hour were also a big plus. Highly recommend!

The hotel has nice staff and is clean. The breakfast is good as well, with bagels available every morning, which I loved. The gym is rather tiny, which I regretted, but it gets the job done. The hotel is situated in a great area with lots of highlights within walking distance. Public transport is also available right around the corner!

Beautiful hotel, within walking distance to Central Park and Times Square. The complimentary breakfast and happy hour were great, hotel is quiet and the guys downstairs are always there to help you catch a cab or greet you when you return, which gave us a good feeling of safety!
