We had a great stay! The Hilton was very clean, the staff were extremely attentive and friendly and the location was superb. For us, staying away from the madness of Times Square is important and The Hilton Club is the place for us!

The hotel was in a near perfect location for our visit. It's mainly a timeshare, so it doesn't have a full-blown lobby with restaurant and lounge, but it was very functional with very friendly and helpful staff. Self-parking, which was really valet parking at a nearby garage, at $45 per day was very reasonable for the area. The room was wonderful- very clean and not too cramped like other hotel rooms in NYC. The only blemish was a slow-draining sink which wasn't enough of a problem for us to call the front desk.

Everything about this property was exceptional - from the welcoming doorman to the unexpected amenities. The staff was phenomenal, the room/bathroom was gorgeous. The bed was comfy. The location is prime. The elevators were quick. Great experience all around!

Room was clean. Sheets and pillows were crisp and clean. Pillows were very comfortable. Black out shades and thermostat were both key for perfect sleeping conditions. Front desk was kind and always helpful.

My daughter and I really enjoyed our stay in NYC and at the Hilton Club on W. 57th. It was in a great location for us, just south of Central Park. Subway stop on the corner at 6th. Easy to Rockefeller and Times Square. Nice place. Will consider staying there in the future.

Very conveniently located near Central Park. Rooms Clean. However, as we are not Hilton members, we were given very low floors. A bit noisy on lower floors. Cannot store luggage overnight even though I have a booking the next day.

We actually hated this hotel upon arrival because the lobby is boring and looks like you're checking in at a quick care however each day we liked the actual room more and more. It had no view and we were on a low floor but the room itself was really spacious for Manhattan and quite updated. The cleaning staff is excellent, we always came back to a clean room and fresh towels. We don't spend much time in the hotel, we basically just sleep and shower there. The location couldn't be more perfect.
