The property was amazing. It was the perfect location to explore Manhatten by foot. Everyone was extremely pleasant and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was incredible. It was the first time I had ever been in Manhatten and the property and staff really made it memorable. I will definitely book the property the next trip I make to Manhatten.

Check your bill. I paid for two rooms ahead of time. So there should be only incidental small charges. Received a charge of over $3,000 when I finished the trip. Called the hotel and to their credit admitted it was a "mistake". Have to say, I do not appreciate the "mistake". Was told 5-8 business days for refund. If this happens to a couple of rooms each night then hotel is basically borrowing interest free on your account. And if I didn't catch then will be out of pocket a few thousand. Not impressed. Hotel itself was fine. location, restaurant was good. room was clean. One night the shower didn't drain, they fixed it the next day. Couldn't say if I would stay here again or not- having to worry about mistake charges.

The hotel is newly renovated and is beautiful - including the restaurants, bars, and lounges. The rooms also were spacious and clean. The gym amenities were pretty good. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful, there were a couple that were less vibrant, but I assume that's just individual personality. Everyone was still very professional and helpful. The location is also very great.
