The location was good. The view from our room was absolutely spectacular, right in front of the empire state building!! Wow!! Other than that - the room wasn’t very comfortable. The staff was just ok. Nothing more.

This was mislabeled as a 5 star hotel. It is definitely a 4 star hotel. Therefore, my exceptions were higher when I arrived. The lobby and staff were just ok and took multiple requests to get issues addressed. Good central location.

The view was absolutely everything. We completely fell in love with the Manhattan skyline from our room. It made the whole stay feel so special. The location was perfect, especially for a city hotel in Manhattan and the value for money was really good as well. Of course, you don’t get the same resort-style facilities you might have at other hotels, but that’s not really what you come to New York for. For us, the location, the atmosphere and especially that incredible skyline view made the hotel such a beautiful place to stay. We genuinely loved it and would definitely stay here again.

Front lobby and desk and restaurant staff were subpar. No one went out of there except for Kevin, bartender at rooftop bar Riff Raff - he was amazing so huge kudos as he really made everyone feel comfortable despite being super busy. Drinks were great! Rooms were comforable and clean and the view was great! I was disappointed on pool access- it's complimentary 8am-11am for guests and after that you need to by a $50-60 pass to hang out and there's a required $50-100 min on certain days. The restaurant served cold breakfast since they wait to serve a few tables at a time- not ok for this type of hotel. I expected better. Overall hotel was comfortable and centrally located to everything. I might try a different hotel next time I visit.

Stunning room, lovely welcoming check in staff. The only slightly negative would be the service in the restaurant. Lots of wait staff standing around chatting with their backs to the room so difficult to get served at times but the food was good
