The staff was friendly, the hotel was very nice and well maintained. It is located in a great spot! There were gardening stores down the entire street where they brought all the plants and flowers out during the day, it was quite beautiful!

Good location. Reasonable price. Nice sized room with a kitchenette. Great that breakfast was included. The main challenge is that the hotel can’t really handle the number of guests in the two adjoining hotels. Long waits for the elevators and at times the breakfast space is way too crowded.

Absolutely wonderful stay. The property was clean, comfortable, and welcoming from the moment I arrived. Everything felt well managed, and the overall experience was smooth and relaxing. The location is especially beautiful, right on the flower street, with a gorgeous view the moment you step out of the gate. It adds so much charm and makes the stay feel even more special. A special thank-you to Walter, who truly made the experience exceptional. He was professional, friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The hotel is in a great location, slightly away from the hustle and bustle of the most popular tourist spots, which is exactly what we were looking for on this trip—we wanted a more local-style itinerary. Welcome to the flower district. Every morning the flower vendors line the sidewalk with plants, flowers and even trees. It’s very pretty but difficult to maneuver through. Great location for us because we wanted to be on the 1 train which is at the corner. Very small rooms but you do get a little kitchenette (fridge, microwave, toaster, sink and all the utensils and dishes. Elevators are very slow during the busy hours. We skipped the crowded complimentary breakfast but got the coffee and walked up to the corner on 6th and got great bagels. Friendly staff and clean hotel .

I had a pleasant stay overall. The room was clean, and both the check-in and check-out processes were quick and efficient. The room was on the smaller side, but considering this is New York City, the size was reasonable and expected. My only criticism is the elevator situation during the morning hours. Since many guests are either heading out for the day or going to breakfast at the same time, the elevators become extremely crowded. Waiting for an elevator could take up to 20 minutes, which was frustrating and felt like a significant waste of time. Aside from that, the hotel provided a comfortable and enjoyable experience.
