You’re in the heart of NYC. It’s going to be busy, and it’s going to be chaotic. With that said, staff made sure everything moved in a consistent motion, rooms while small (stayed by myself), is perfect for people who are moving about within the city. Great experience! Loved being able to check my luggage at check in and check out so we could enjoy the city without our bags the first and last days. Breakfast was typical hotel breakfast that you’d expect and it was busy, but it was well run to keep things moving smoothly. Waiting for elevators and the busy-ness at breakfast wasn’t as rough as I anticipated based on prior reviews, but that could have to do with going in the off-season (early March). Room was very clean and the studio king with kitchenette had plenty of room for luggage. Staff was very nice and helpful. Location was absolutely perfect being right next to a subway stop on the 1 which was very convenient for exploring uptown or downtown. Overall great experience and have already booked for my next stay in NYC!
