Yes, you are on Ritz and next to Central Park but the surround area is dirty and a lot of people selling any kind of stuff.

the experience was fantastic from the minute we walked in the door. The spa services was amazing, the staff was attentive, very clean hotel, bedroom ,big bathroom. we loved our stay, the gym was clean, emasculate, nice and moderate size and a nice movement separate gym.
