I got a little anxious after looking at the Google reviews on my way into town... Place is perfect! There was always staff at the front desk, AC and hot water working, mattresses were fine (albeit not "luxury"... It's an affordable boutique hotel on the LES. Everything you need in a place to crash. It's not Sixty/LES, but DUH! Would definitely stay again!

We enjoyed our stay. Even though there was no one in site when we arrived, assistance was just a call away. The only issue for anyone driving is no parking. The neighbourhood felt safe and it is close to many of the tourist attractions.

Artwork on and around the building was great, perfect place for a quick weekend stay. Very close to tons of local music venues, bars, restaurants, and walking distance to much more. Any ‘downside’ - Ground floor rooms can be a bit loud at night if you aren’t used to it. I wore headphones at night and slept great!
