Very small, cute hotel. I enjoyed my stay there. I was able to walk a couple blocks to get public transportation. The proximity to the Harlem vibe was amazing!

We weren’t bothered by the metro passing by the hotel, but the thin walls of the other hotel guests disturbed us. Every morning, we were woken up by a man who had a cold or was on the phone all day, between 8 and 9 am. The fridge was also very loud. The bed in our room was neat and clean, but we still had ants. Besides, the Wi-Fi wasn’t working for one day.

Very nice and helpful staff. Unit was small but clean and comfortable. Area was a bit noisy and rough, but it was New York after all. Overall an affordable hotel in a very expensive city.

We enjoyed our stay at the Park Ave North. It had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The property was very clean and in good condition and had all the basic amenities you would expect from a motel. The room was pretty small and the property is a little far from the sights and the nearest subway station is a little bit of a walk. The neighborhood is a little iffy but not horrible.

I really appreciated the professionalism of the staff member and I really liked that a small room was equipped with everything one needs, coffee maker, mini fridge, microwave, universal adapter, and most importantly VERY CLEAN!!!!! Cute little budget hotel worth staying at

This place was great the neighborhood seems quiet for the most part and if you want action head to 125th the main street everything is there , the only thing i would say needs to be improved is response timing to customers , for small businesses like this its possible that theres not much staff and they proabably do mutiple task and not always available to pick up phone i think they should make texting and option as well to make things easier on the customers and themselves i think that would add to the comfort of the guess as well

It was a decent stay. One of the better deals that we found. Please note it will be noisy at night and the doors are thin so you can hear outside the room. I found the bathroom could have been cleaned better especially below the toilet bowl. I noticed a couple faint stains on the sheet. Overall it was still comfortable and they allowed us to check in a little early which was nice. I am happy with the stay.
