Stayed in a 1 BR. Close to train with direct route to Grand Central. Also close to coffee cafes and convenience stores. Room was great size, nicely decorated, and with nice amenities in the room. Lots of windows and light! Bed and linens were very nice, too. Highly recommend and will stay again.

The balconies and patios at these rooms are unreal! The only drawback was the front desk staffing. At one point my card to my room just did not work at all - I had gotten off a 13 hour shift and I waited in the lobby for 20 minutes trying to call someone with no sign of life. When they were around they were super kind and accomodating -

The check-in process was smooth. The front desk staff, Sofia was extremely nice. I stayed in a Studio Queen and I have to say it was one of the cleanest rooms I have stayed in, in years. There wasn’t a spec of dirt and the room smelled so fresh. I’m a neat freak, I always check the sheets and pillows. It was spotless! This was a staycation for me so I could get some work done but I would definitely return.
