The staff in this hotel is outstanding!!! Henry and Teodre are the first staff members you come in contact with and they radiate joy you can see that they love what they do and make sure your stay is special. The bartending staff is fantastic, Carmen made us feel special, on our second night with her we came in and she remembered what we liked to drink. I will only stay at the Michelangelo every time I am back in New York they do customer service right!

The staff is lovely and the rooms are nice. The location is central to everything in the theater district. My only complaint is the temperature in the room. The air conditioning would not stay on so it was warm and stuffy. This made sleeping difficult for me.
