While this hotel is older, it is a wonderful place to stay. The staff were eager to help in any way. Room was very clean and comfortable bed. Great shower with plenty of water pressure. Will stay there again!!

This is absolutely my favorite hotel in New York. Consistently excellent service, the entire team is amazing, every single person that you encounter from the front desk to housekeeping will be cordial, sweet, and accommodating!!
