We love that this hotel is very close to everything. Very clean. We got the jr. suite so it had microwave, dishwasher, mini fridge. Cute dining area for us to eat meal as a family. Love that it had 2 full bathrooms so that we didn’t need to wait our turns to take showers. All the staff is friendly. We love the valet parking. Only thing was that it took almost an hour to get our car in the morning because the valet garage is under construction and they said they’re playing “Tetris” to get cars in/out. I’d start the process of getting your car out before you actually checkout.

We took the smallest suite and it was still very spacious and comfortable, with a living room and a small kitchen. You need to know that Expedia describes it with a free parking. That is wrong, it is 35$ per day. Perfect location to visit NY

Very nice staff. We had a one bedroom, 2 bathroom on the 18th floor. Roomy, newly renovated bathrooms. Having been in some very small NYC hotel rooms, I would definitely stay here again. Calm, quiet club floor on the 26th floor open to anyone.

The location was perfect. The hotel was beautiful and immaculate. My concerns were specifically with the room. The room temperature remained quite cool (62 degrees) regardless of how many adjustments I made. The bathroom sink had multiple cracks and the shower drain was broken.

The in-room coffee machine was extremely loud, had video instructions only, didn't work half the time, and only made tiny cups of coffee. The room was unbearably hot; they didn't have any notices that the room's thermostat would only produce hot air no matter the setting. I had to go downstairs in the middle of the night to inquire, and was told that it only produces heat until the summer, and the only option was to open the window. I had to push to even get a fan. The windows only barely open, and one window didn't stay open. Pillows weren't comfortable. Not even outlets. Not enough surfaces in the bathroom. No hair dryer. Only one working elevator out of 4, though they promise this is temporary. Overall nice quality aside from the coffee machine, which is important to us. Location was great. Everything else not already noted was fine. All in all, it wasn't the worst stay we've ever had, but it certainly didn't meet expectations based on reviews. Be warned if you're coming here in spring or fall—THE ROOM WILL BE HOT. And if you like your coffee, good luck. No apparent breakfast either.

Location is great and the Staff was exceptional. The facility was just ok. Overpriced in my opinion. Elevators were down, long waits in line everyday we were there. Had to walk down 22 floors to make our dinner reservations on time. Thankfully we could do that as there were others who couldn’t. The Jr. Suite is not worth the $$$ at all. The room was decent, clean, decorated nice. The floor plan is not accommodating for furnishings in the room, huge fail there. One of the closets was non-accessible because the bed was so close to the door. No chest of drawers to unpack luggage for our stay. $8 bottles of water in the room. This facilities only saving grace is the kind and helpful staff, and that would be the only reason I would consider staying again.
