This was a very friendly and helpful staff. They seem to be in the middle of renovations, but our room had already been renovated. The location is great. There is no onsite laundry on this property or frig in the rooms. I would stay here again.

The service was the best. Gene, Adam and Theron were so helpful and friendly. The location was great and recently renovated. They also stored our luggage before checking and after checkout at no charge. I would stay here again. There is no on site laundry and no complementary breakfast.

Location Location Location, this hotel is pretty much centrally located to most of the “NYC” locations. A stroll to the theaters, Times Square, Rockefeller center and 5th ave. The property has recently been renovated and the room was very nice. The staff was amazing, everyone we interacted was so friendly and helpful. I would 100% percent stay here again, highly recommend this place.

Staff was superb all around. We enjoyed our stay, but do you have a couple of suggestions. There is a sewer smell on the 21st floor in the bathroom in the mornings. Also, there was no refrigerator in our room guessing that is attributable to the floor just being refinished? Ice machine on our floor was out of order. Otherwise our stay was great. Beds were super comfortable and staff was super super attentive. We would stay at this hotel again. Thank you!

Speedy check in, wish they had more working elevators given the influx of people and the busy area of times square, but other than that a very clean room and comfortable stay.

Excellent location. Everyone was very nice. However, when the toilet wasn't flushed for several hours it looked like there was poop in the toilet - I guess it kept backing up? It was like that when we arrived on the first day. When I called the front desk they said that it can happen. We killed a large cockroach in the shower. During our stay, cleaning rags were left in our sink and behind our luggage- it was strange. They also gave us a room with a thin connecting door to another guest's room. You could hear them talking.

Place is not ready to be open. No snacks or beverages available in Hotel. A bar that had no beer on a Friday night and was only open till 11pm on a Saturday. No real food to purchase, just sucked. Location is fine, the room and bed were good but no chair to sit to eat or use computer. Never stayed in a room w.o chair? Staff did not even know if it had an ice machine, they told me no, day later another customer told me ya its on the 19th floor?? What ever would not stay again, plenty of other hotels with same price point and location. Disappointed stay for sure.
